Lloyd Bannings returns to his home town to follow in his brother’s path and take up the Crossbell Police Department. But, he is assigned to a ragtag new division called the Special Support Section, which performs odd jobs and helps people in need. He and his team soon uncover the dark side of the city as well as some terrible secret.

Crossbell is the new exciting chapter in The Legend of Heroes! Crossbell was the setting of an ongoing territorial war with the Republic of Calvard and the Erebonian Emperor. Since then, it has developed to become a vibrant city-state which is now one of the important centers of economic activity throughout the continent.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years in exile from the town of Crossbell, comes back home to carry on the legacy of his brother and to join the Crossbell Police Department. On his arrival to find he’s designated to the Special Support Section, a department which is new and handles the odd and small requests. His new coworkers, which include Elie MacDowell who is the grandchild of the mayor’s daughter; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier, and Tio Plato, a young technology guru.
Lloyd and his team continue their fight for a better city, despite the fact that their organization is often ridiculed by the media. However, as they go about their business, they slowly come face-to-face with the criminal corruption that has taken over their town. They’re not aware of the extent to which the Shadows in Crossbell City reach…
